Approach

Operational performance of energy companies depend on how well they manage the process of matching the demand with the supply. While the demand is subject to variations due to seasonality, weather, and economy, the supply is prone to uncertainty because of inability to ramp up the availability of resources, equipment outages in the backbone infrastructure etc. In recent times, the concerns about changes in global climatic patterns and the crisis in capital markets require that not only the demand and supply are matched continuously but also the environment is kept sustainable and the companies themselves are financially viable. In order to support this shift in the operational paradigm, a three pronged approach is required in proposing new solutions. The name GRENENCE embodies such an approach – combination of GREEN, ENERGY, and FINANCE.
